Candy Shorts app and videos: watching on a phone or PC

Watching on a phone

Open a short from this guide and the Candy AI player takes up the whole screen in your phone's browser. The vertical format means nothing is cropped. Captions can be switched on in seven languages.

1. Open candy.ai in your phone's browser and sign in, if you have an account.
2. In the browser menu, choose the option to add the page to your home screen.
3. The Candy AI icon now opens the site directly, like an app.

Apps to avoid

Adult apps are generally not allowed in the main app stores, which is why we have not found an official Candy Shorts app there. Apps or APK files that claim to be "Candy Shorts" and promise free episodes are not from Candy AI. They can ask for permissions, logins or payments that have nothing to do with the shorts. If you installed one, remove it and change your Candy AI password on candy.ai.

Videos with a preview clip

Some shorts have a short preview clip in the Candy AI library. In this guide, cards with a clip play a sample when you hover over them on a computer or scroll past them on a phone:

Downloading videos

We have not seen a download option for AI Candy Shorts: they are streamed in the player. Sites that offer downloads of full episodes are covered on our leaks page.

Data, battery and screen

The episodes are short streamed videos, so they use mobile data like any other video site. If you watch several shorts in a row, Wi-Fi saves your allowance. Keeping the phone upright gives the full-screen picture the shorts were made for; turning it sideways only adds black bars.

Captions are part of the player, so you can follow the dialogue in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese or Japanese without headphones.

Account across devices

Your free account or Premium subscription belongs to Candy AI, not to a device. Sign in on your phone and on your laptop with the same details and you will find the same token balance and the same unlocked episodes. That is one of the practical advantages of a browser-based service: nothing to reinstall when you change phone.

1. Sign in on candy.ai on the first device.
2. Sign in with the same account on the second device.
3. Open the short you were watching and continue from the next episode.

Shorts that work best on a phone

All shorts are vertical, but stories built on close-up situations, such as My Girlfriend's Step-Sister Caught Me Staring or Truth or Dare With My Stepsister, feel particularly natural on a phone screen, almost like a video call.

Browsers that work

Any up-to-date mobile or desktop browser can play the shorts, from Chrome and Safari to Firefox and Edge. If a video does not start, the usual fixes are the ordinary ones: reload the page, check your connection and make sure you are signed in when you try to open episode 2 or a Spicy title. Ad blockers and strict privacy extensions can sometimes interfere with video players, so try disabling them for candy.ai if playback stalls.
