How long a full short is

Most AI Candy Shorts have five episodes of a few minutes each, so a full short lasts roughly as long as a single TV episode. A few are longer:

Why "full episode" uploads disappoint

Pages that promise a short's full episodes for free usually host the two free episodes recorded from the screen, sometimes stitched together to look longer, or clips from other videos. Paid episodes rarely appear, and when they do they are low-quality recordings that get removed. The leaks page shows the common patterns.

All episodes, free and paid, have captions in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Japanese. Searches for a title in another language, such as "Paartherapie mit Margot Vey", lead to the same English short with captions.

Do unlocked episodes stay unlocked?

Episodes are unlocked with tokens on your Candy AI account, so the place to check what you have already paid for is your account, signed in on candy.ai. That is also why the same account on a phone and a laptop shows the same progress. If you are unsure whether an episode will ask for tokens again, the player shows the price before you confirm.

Planning a full short with Premium tokens

With 100 tokens a month from Premium, the length of a short matters as much as its price per episode:

A five-episode open short (36 tokens) fits in a month with plenty to spare.
A five-episode star or Spicy short (90 tokens) takes almost a whole month.
A five-episode star Spicy short (150 tokens) needs a month and a half.
The longest titles, such as YES MA'AM or Blackout At My Yacht Party, need about four months of tokens.

Token packs bought separately are the other option if you want to finish a long short faster.
